I am honored to represent the Academy in such a distinguished conference by presenting professional and technical cadres to the labor market in the field of maritime hotel studies at the Academy at the Maritime Hotel Center. Where students learn the basics of food safety and etiquette of dealing in different food establishments and how to receive important personalities such as ministers, ambassadors and consuls from inside and outside Egypt, who are accustomed to that within the academy, and then there are a set of challenges facing the hotel industry such as:
