Clastogenic and Mutagenic Effect Induced by Some Fast Foods

Abstract

The present work done on three antipyretic drugs used in Egypt, and these drugs are Ibuprofen, Acetyl salicylate (Acetyl salicylic acid) and Alexopirine, these drugs are tested on white blood cells in human and bone marrow on bones of mice and cells chromosome Mice Mus muscles 2n=40 i.e Vicia faba and Allium cepa.
Many different concentrations are used.
The obtain result showed that different effect had been observed from these three different drugs from small type which represent on sister chromosome exchange and also big type represent on Bridge chromosome, Fragmentation and Replication.
