The Experience Effect and Some Social, Communicative Variables on the Level of Application Dates Palms Peasants Scientific Recommenation in Balad Provice \ Salah Al-Ddin Governrant

The main aim  of research to measure the level of application of agricultural employers palm groves of the recommendations in the field of scientific service orchards in the district of Balad \ Salahuddin province, and its relationship to some factors.
 Complex search included all owners of palm groves in the district and the balad's population (2117), a farmer, took them a simple random sample of 2%, bringing the number of   respondents (42) a farmer.
    The Data was collected by personal interview in a way a questionnaire consisting of two sections the first section of which included some of the factors own personal Balzraa, while the second section included a number of recommendations that have been shown in scientific case applied to raise the productivity of the Palm. Data were  treated statistically using a variety of ways and means, such as statistical term and parson law and  and the law of Spearman (t) and a multi-stage regression analysis.
     The results showed that the level of application of agricultural employers palm groves in the district of country for scientific recommendations was average tends to fall, as the results showed the existence of significant correlation at (0.05 and 0.01) between the application level and most of the factors studied.
     The  researcher  recommends an increase outreach activities in the area of ​​research, as well as solving the problems of farmers and increase subsidies to the owners of palm groves and conduct IPM by aircraft to ensure the fight against all harmful pests palm groves in the search area also recommends exploiting the variables related to the level of application of the farmers of the recommendations of the scientific in the number of training programs to the owners of the palm groves to promote the level of productivity in Palm search area.
