Abstract

The general objective of this paper was to Discoverying local leaders in the field of some agricultural waste recycling inEL- Wafa vilLage,  EL- Borls district,KafrEl-SheikhGovernorate.
The paper used atow methods of personal effecting approach(Seciometric method,Ivformants method). Aquestionaire was used to collect of the data through personal interviews from the population of 357 respondents,in addition to 16 respondents from village informants.
The questionnaire focused on three axes: agricultural wast recycling,compost industry,sillage industry, Different statical methods were used for the data analysis represented in: tabular presentation recurring, and percentages, also the seciomtric matrix was used inthe seciometric classaccount (standard) class and Alsseogram drawing (map social relationships(.
 
 
 
 
The most important  results were as folling:
- The Seciometric method  revealed that twenty eight local leaders in the field of agricultural waste recycling,and twenty-six local leaders in the field of compost treatment,and twenty-six local leaders in the field of silage treatment.
- The Informants method showed that fourteen local leaders in the field of general agricultural waste recycling,and fourteen local leaders in the field of compost treatment,and thirteen local leaders in the field of silage treatment.
-The used tow methods agreed on twelve local leaders in agricultural waste recycling, and eleven local leaders in the compost treatment, and twelve leaders in the silage treatment.
 - The sociometric method ranked first among the two methods used to identify the local leaders in the research area in terms of the number of discovered leaders in the agricultural waste recycling by 65.8%, then informants method by 34.2%.
