Student’s Satisfaction about Level of Services Management Offered in Students Dormatories at Alexandria University

Abstract

This research aims to study Student’s Satisfaction about Level of Services Management offered in Students Dormatories  at Alexandria University, This study was conducted on A simple random sample of  355 students with 5% of Students who residing in Dormatories at Alexandria University, The data were collected by using a questionnaire through personal interview. The data were analyzed statistically using  Percentages, median, T test, analysis of variance and Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient with computer program (SPSS V.22).The study revealed that:-

Low percentage with high Level of Services Management among 5.6%of participants.
Low percentage with high Level of Satisfaction among 6.5% of participants.
There were statistically significant differences with sex (p < 0.01) between level of service management and level of satisfaction with services.
There were statistically significant differences (p < 0.01) between Dormatories at AlexandriaUniversity with level of service management,satisfaction with services.
There was statistically a positive significant correlation (p < 0.01)  between level of  service satisfaction and age,study group, length of stay, attendance ratio, level of services management . while There was statistically a negative significant correlation (p < 0.01) with  number of  students /room, Percentage of expenditure on meals.
